Student Travel Award for ICHA 2020 Mexico

In order to encourage student and young investigators from HAB communities worldwide to participate in our biennial conference event, the International Society for the Study of Harmful Algae (ISSHA) is glad to announce the travel awards for the 19th International Conference on Harmful Algae (ICHA), October 2020, in La Paz, Mexico.

Travel awards up to USD $1,000 per student will be distributed, except for students based in USA and Canada. As a general guideline, students from USA and Canada will receive awards up to USD $500. Successful applicants need to demonstrate additional sources of funding to cover their travel costs. Awardees are required to assist with society events (ISSHA Booth, Auction, ISSHA assembly) during the conference.
